About Can Alta Bindery & Graphics

Can Alta Bindery & Graphics — registered as Can Alta Bindery Corp., and known to most of our customers simply as Can Alta Bindery — is a family-owned Canadian manufacturer. We opened in 1974 as a book bindery and still build everything we sell in our own 20,000+ sq ft plant on Davies Road, with a second Alberta location serving Calgary. More about the company.

What comes off the floor: ring binders and index tabs, diploma and certificate holders, card wallets and warranty holders, poly tags, safety manuals for mining and energy crews, menu covers and printed decals. Custom constructions are the specialty — if you can sketch it, we can usually weld it.

We are a manufacturer, not an importer. Silk screening, foil stamping, blind debossing and digital printing are all done in-house, which is why a typical order ships in 5 to 15 working days and why we can quote a size or a material that is not on the price list. Orders ship across Canada and the United States, and trade customers can have them drop-shipped blind under their own label.
